CT Control Temp Refrigeration is a reputable and proven company in the Commercial Refrigeration, Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning Industry.  Our focus is Supermarket Installation and Service with offices in British Columbia. 

We are looking for a Journeyperson Refrigeration technician for a full-time, year-around commercial service position. 

Main Responsibilities and Duties:  

• Maintain, diagnose, and repair multiple types of refrigeration systems, as well as all mechanical and electrical components related to the equipment (such as self-contained coolers and freezers, conventional and rack systems etc.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs for HVAC and Refrigeration
• Complete all documentation as required by the customer and company in a timely and consistent manner.  
• Provide team support and great customer service.  

Qualifications and Skills:  

•  Red Seal Journeyman Refrigeration Technician  
• Be a Self-Starter and problem solver.  
• Ability to work independently and on-call. 
• Intermediate computer skills required. 
• Valid driver’s license

Required Experience:   

• 2-3 years supermarket experience (preferred not mandatory) 
• Knowledgeable in commercial Refrigeration and HVAC  
• Licenses or Certifications are preferred.  
• Fall Protection  
• Aerial work platform  
• First Aid  

Competitive Wages Local 516  

Rates: Union total package $76.52 hourly + $1.20 with additional certs CAD (includes Gas and Electrical ticket)
